Peloton x YMCA Adult Day Camp

Join us from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, August 19 for a special Peloton x YMCA Adult Day Camp event at the McCormick YMCA! While registration is not required, we encourage you to RSVP. Plus, the first 150 people to register will receive a gift at the event!

11 a.m. | HIIT Class with Becky Neal, YMCA Instructor
12 p.m. | Health & Fitness Panel Discussion & Lunch
1 p.m. | Day Camp Activities
1:30 p.m. | Family Gym Time & Family Swim
2 p.m. | 606 Run/Walk with Ash Pryor, Peloton Instructor

You’ve got a lot of options for how to spend your time at Adult Day Camp! In addition to lunch, you’ll have access to coffee, snacks, and refreshments throughout the day while you participate in the following activities.

Fitness Activities and Peloton Demos

Start your Adult Day Camp day with a morning stretch led by Peloton’s Ash Pryor, join us in the afternoon for a guided run/walk on the Bloomingdale Trail, take a HIIT class, or stop by the second floor to experience the Peloton Bike for yourself.

Health & Fitness - Panel Discussion

YMCA Vice President of Brand Engagement, Brandon Davis, will lead our panelists in a discussion on the importance of accessibility to health and fitness resources for all communities. Panelists include:

  • Ash Pryor, Peloton Instructor
  • Stacy Lambe, Peloton Member
  • Dorri McWhorter, President & CEO, YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago

Day Camp Activities

You didn’t think we’d forget to include your favorite Day Camp arts & crafts activities at an event called Adult Day Camp, did you? Day Campers of all ages can take part in button-making, tie dye, spinning art, string art, bracelet-making, and more!
